Medium: Gold plated sterling Silver Earrings

Jesica is a full-time artist and nature lover and brings her loves together in her Jewellery designs. She
is the designer and creator of the jewelry line ‘Dark n Gold’ – a local brand that she began in 2019
while at University. Her most recent collection – pieces which she has donated to raise much needed
funds for the Shelter – were inspired by her love for the sea and entitled ‘sculpted seawater’. She is
currently pursuing her BA (Hons) in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at University of
the Arts, London College of Communication. Jesica has also recently begun to apply her talents to
marine and environmental science, which drove her to create “Rescue D Reef”. This is a creative
project raising awareness about Trinidad and Tobago’s coral reefs in T-shirt designs with all proceeds
donated to SpeSeas – an Organisation that is seeking to make positive changes to the way the ocean
is used and managed.
